We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at coxsmart@veekoon.com. If your return is accepted, we will give you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation of orders

You can contact the brand email coxsmart@veekoon.com to cancel the order and receive a full refund as long as the order has not yet been processed;

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot intercept it, so you cannot cancel the order halfway, you should apply for a return after receiving the goods;

Therefore, if you change your mind, we recommend that you request a cancellation as soon as possible.

 Return and Exchange conditions

We accept return and exchange under the following conditions:

  • If there is a problem with the product, we support returns and exchanges within 30 days, please contact us by email before returning or exchanging the product.
  • Items must be completely unworn, undamaged, unstained, unscented.
  • Items be in their new, original, perfect condition with all original packaging and tags still attached.
  • You also need a receipt or proof of purchase

 Return and Exchange process

To initiate a return and exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Within 30 days of receipt, Send order number and return request/exchange request to our customer service email: coxsmart@veekoon.com.
  • Provide photos of product received and reason for return and exchange
  • After we confirm receipt of your return request/exchange request, we will provide you with return address information.
  • Please include order number, name, and reason for return in the return package.
  • When we receive your exchanged item and check that it is OK, we will process the exchange within 1-5 business days and contact you by email!
  • Please note that If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
    Please note: We don’t accept packages that are returned directly without contacting us in advance.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Return and Exchange will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns items purchased with gift cards.
  • It has exceeded the 30-day return period
  • Customized goods
  • Event promotional items
  • Other products that are specifically stated as non-returnable

If you are in either of these situations and must refund, you will need to ship the item back to the place of origin, and you will be responsible for shipping and customs duties.

Refund method

Only if it is approved, after we receive the return and check it, we will inform you whether your return is approved or not, if it is approved, we will process the refund in 1-3 business days. If you paid for your order using PayPal and are eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed back to your PayPal account. Once the refund is initiated, it may take 1-5 business days for PayPal to process the refund and for the funds to be available in your account. The exact timing of the refund's availability is subject to PayPal's policies and procedures.

Please note the following important points:

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, according to the guidelines mentioned above.
  • Shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • The time it takes for refunds to be processed and appear in your account can vary depending on your payment method and provider.
